This machine tool is an independently developed and manufactured, economical and practical, durable grinding machine with a very low failure rate. It is suitable for specialized blade manufacturing factories, large-scale rotary cutting factories, sheet metal factories, and large printing and paper-cutting factories.
The machine adopts double-layer steel plates welded according to national standards, treated with vibration failure processing. It is equipped with a super-strong electromagnetic chuck, allowing blades to be placed on the worktable. When the chuck switch is turned on, the blades will be firmly attracted to the worktable, saving the time needed to clamp blades with bolts. The blades are ground more smoothly with better straightness. During blade installation and grinding, no manual operation is required as the system automatically performs wheel grinding compensation to achieve automatic grinding, saving approximately 40 minutes of labor.
It is suitable for large-scale processing factories, such as rotary cutting factories, sheet metal factories, and large printing and paper-cutting factories.
