This machine tool is an independently developed and manufactured, highly economical, practical, and durable grinding machine with a very low failure rate. 

It is suitable for dedicated sharpening workshops, large-scale slitting factories, sheet processing plants, and large printing and cutting paper factories.  

The machine adopts double-layer national standard steel plates welded with vibration fatigue treatment. It is equipped with a super-strong electromagnetic chuck, which firmly attracts the blade onto the workbench when the chuck switch is activated. This eliminates the need for bolting the blade, saving time and ensuring a more even and precise grinding with a better cutting edge. 

During blade setup and grinding, the process can be automated, eliminating the need for manual operation and utilizing automatic wheel compensation for grinding, which saves approximately 40 minutes of manual labor.
