The side bed of the machine tool is constructed using national standard double-layer steel plates with inner reinforcing ribs. The base plate is welded from flat thick steel plates and has undergone special treatment, ensuring the overall stability of the machine, free from vibrations and deformation.
The travel support plate of the machine is made from precision cast iron, preventing deformation.
The travel system employs a cycloidal pin wheel reducer in combination with a national standard motor to achieve smooth movement, significantly enhancing grinding quality and work efficiency.
The grinding head is equipped with a quick lift mechanism, making wheel replacement more convenient and faster, thereby improving work efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and facilitating adjustments with a thickened lead screw and an adjustable copper nut to easily control the axial clearance of the screw. The grinding head uses a dedicated national standard grinding machine motor, designed reasonably to improve grinding accuracy and extend service life.
The electromagnetic disk uses a high-quality, durable electromagnetic chuck that meets national standards, characterized by low heat generation, strong holding force, and long service life.
