This machine tool is independently developed and manufactured by our company. It is an economical, practical, and durable grinding machine with a very low failure rate, making it highly user-friendly. It is suitable for dedicated tool grinding workshops, large-scale slitting factories, sheet metal factories, large printing and cutting paper factories.
The machine adopts a double-layer national standard steel plate welded with vibration failure treatment. It is equipped with an ultra-strong electromagnetic chuck, allowing blades to be placed on the worktable. Turning on the chuck switch will securely attach the blades to the worktable, saving time compared to bolt clamping. The blades are ground more smoothly with better straightness. During installation and grinding, no manual operation is needed; the machine can automatically perform grinding compensation with the abrasive wheel, achieving automatic grinding and saving approximately 40 minutes of manual labor.
It is suitable for: large-scale processing plants, large-scale slitting factories, sheet metal factories, large printing and paper-cutting factories, and paper manufacturing mills.
